Sketch Tha Cataclysm
"Sketch tha cataclysm is a hip-hop musician based out of Waterbury, CT. With a strong sense of rhythm and audible love of the written word, he has made a name for himself with music of varying intensity and dynamic. Over the course of 14 releases, Sketch has danced through multiple genres (experimental hip-hop, funk, art rock, electronic, dub reggae, etc.) while MCing, producing, and playing objects as random as pots and pans as instruments. His name has grown through energetic and dynamic live shows solo, with a DJ, or with his 10 piece band The Furor Poeticus; performing in venues nationwide and earning praise at home (twice being named Best Hip-Hop Act locally and nominated statewide http://ct.com).
In the next year, Sketch tha cataclysm is set to hit the road on multiple tours including a first time European run. Projects to be completed in the next twelve months consist of a book of poetry (Swimming Cursive To The Hilt Of Bliss), the production of a one-act play (3 Sides Of Neglect), and his 15th audio release and 3rd full length hip-hop album entitled MAYA."

The Forest Room
The Forest Room is the solo project by Matt Streit which began in 2004 as a casual musical outlet outside of his main band. An active musician from Milford, CT for many years, mainly as a bass player in heavy metal and rock bands, Matt takes a completely different approach with the Forest Room by writing most of the music on acoustic guitar, utilizing multiple layers of guitar parts with live record looping, and incorporating produced beats. Matt uses several guitar effects pedals and a stage lighting rig that he built himself. The Forest Room combines influences and elements of instrumental, folk, ambient, hiphop, and triphop music.
