Christopher Dean Quiriconi (Chris Q) has been writing music since he was in junior high school in late 90s Connecticut. This material has transpired into Hi-Fi Radio, Chris's first official original music project. Heavily influenced from 70's and 80's rock acts, Hi-Fi Radio's debut stays true to these roots. Recorded by Chris in late 2016-mid 2017 Hi-Fi Radio's sound was identified due to the high fidelity rock sounds that were created on tape and the name of the project was switched from its original name CQ4U. Bassist and keyboardist Lydia Arachne (who Chris formerly played in a Connecticut local cover band with, Tap That) helped bring the first album to life with piano solos and harmony vocals in "Mine Today, a mellotron solo in "Devils Daughter" and organs in "Sweet Chin Music". The two mixed and produced the album together and it was released Labor Day weekend 2017. Hi-Fi Radio has been touring ever since supporting their debut release enlisting Stevie Bagz on Rhythm Guitar and local phenom rock drummer Scotty Roland to complete the lineup.
eality Bomb are a modern rock quintet from New Haven in Connecticut. The band formed around the nucleus of guitarist/songwriter Joe Pugh, bassist/songwriter Joe Soucy and drummer, Phil DiMarco in the Spring of 2010, combining their love for 1970's punk, blues based rock and roll and psychedelic acid rock. The line up expanded in late 2011 with the addition of guitarist/keyboardist Toan Nguyen-Dinh. Reality Bomb performed sporadically throughout New Haven and Fairfield in 2013 and 2014, all the while writing and creating new songs almost weekly. In late 2014, Reality Bomb added yet another crucial member to the band, guitarist/songwriter Bob Brown, which completed the sound. With the dueling and interwoven guitars of Bob and Joe leading the way and the earth shattering, the sonic backwash of Toan's finger style guitar playing and the unstoppable. earth moving rhythm section of Phil and Soucy, Reality Bomb have crafted a sound that is all their own.
