Hotel Ten Eyes
HOTEL TEN EYES is a Rock N’ Roll outfit which began on December 7, 2017 when Joe Fletcher and company made their first appearance at Dino’s in Nashville, TN. One month later the band began recording their debut record, Positively Fireproof, for release some time in 2018.
Fletcher's writing is still the centerpiece of the operation though it is melded with a different musical landscape than he's been known for in the past. The songs are raw and very electric and have earned comparisons to Nick Cave, The Gun Club, Tom Waits, and The Velvet Underground.
The HOTEL TEN EYES lineup will remain ever-changing around singer and guitarist Joe Fletcher. New artists will be invited in to breathe new life into the music on every record and every tour. Each player will bring their own influence to the music and the project will continue to evolve musically with every show.
Old Man & The Young
Old Man & The Young was founded in the Spring of 2018 by singer-songwriter Paul Fitzgerald, cellist Eric Adamshick, Eliud Garcia on percussion and trombone, and Theo Van Dyck on trumpet. The musicians came together one afternoon in March to record an entry for NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest and had so much fun playing together — they decided to keep it going.
With members coming and going for life-related reasons, the band now plays out with a revolving line-up of musicians, including: Will Wortley on trombone, Nate Lawson on drums, Nate Debrine on bass and Val Crnjak on cello.
Mixing brass with classical string influences and a little Americana alt-country, Old Man & The Young’s music aspires to follow in the tradition of narrative-driven songwriting artists like Jackson Browne, Zac Brown, Bonnie Raitt and Patty Griffin, among many others.
