Crunk Witch
Crunk Witch
Crunk Witch is an electro-pop duo from Presque Isle, ME. The band was formed in 2009 by married couple Brandon Miles and Hannah Colleen.

"One of the best bands from Maine."
- Paste Magazine

"A big sound showcasing a mastery of production and vocal fireworks."
- The Big Takeover

"Crunk Witch are dramatic in all the right ways. Silly, sincere, and wholly invested."
- Portland Phoenix

"The most energetic live show I've seen in years"
- DC Underground

Their music is a blend of pop, rock, chiptune, and various electronic genres. Many of their lyrics are set in a science fiction reality and involve themes of adventure and romance. The group spends nearly half a year playing shows across the U.S. at a variety of venues including comic-cons, arcades, festivals, and bars. To date, Crunk Witch has released three full length albums. Their latest release, Heartbeats in Hyperspace (2014), sold over 2,500 copies in it's first week. As of 2017, Crunk Witch has sold over 30,000 albums and singles worldwide as an independent act.
Fiction
Fiction
Fiction was formed in early 2015 but the band's roots can be traced back to 2011 where founding members Jimi Mann, Chris Siena, and Joao Joaquim met in the music department at Southern Connecticut State University and formed The High Tides.

After releasing their first album Firewater Zoo on June 4th, 2016, Fiction played non-stop around Connecticut until early 2017 when they enlisted the services of fellow SCSU alum Matthew Gambardella after a chance meeting following a gig at New Haven's Cafe Nine. Matt's refreshing approach to guitar and songwriting proved to be a tremendous source of creativity and new ideas that the band was desperately craving.

In April 2017 founding member Jimi Mann decided it was his time to leave and due to an upcoming high-profile show the remaining members reached out to Ethan James, who they had first met while playing in Danbury the previous summer. Ethan had opened for Fiction as an acoustic act throughout the summer of 2016 and his unique blend of original music and cover tunes as well as his dynamic performances really left an impression so he was unanimously the first choice to fill in. Inspired by the change, Fiction decided to jettison their entire back catalog and start fresh with a completely different sound. The four bonded through a month of exhaustive rehearsals and exploded onto the stage at Foxwoods Casino in June 2017, where it became clear that there was serious potential.

Honing their sound, playing out extensively, and writing new material throughout the remainder of 2017, Fiction started off 2018 by recording a new EP with Sam Carlson of Sans Serif Records to showcase their new sound.

Released on April 20, 2018, 'The Other F Word' is comprised of 6 tracks that the band feels are a solid representation of what they've been working on over the past year. Check it out for yourself on Spotify, iTunes, Bandcamp, and anywhere else you stream music!

Zero Years
Esoteric pop from the fifth floor of an old ammunition factory (and the basement of your heart). Catchy songs, lo-fi aesthetic and some real dreamy boys. What more could you want.
