B. DiVine
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, B. Dvine first got into hip hop at an early age from listening to “the golden era” of hip hop such as Wu-Tang Clan, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane,Tragedy Khadafi, Biggie Smalls, Kool G Rap, Gangstarr, and many more. B first started off as a DJ (picking up the turntables at the age of 15) and began producing beats shortly after.

After a year or two of crafting up some raw, hardcore, and soulful beats, he decided to take his music career more seriously and he enrolled into the Audio Production program at Eastern Suffolk BOCES. In 2007 he earned his 2 year certificate. In the program, B. Divine sharpened his production skills and also learned and mastered the mixing side of music. This is where he also met up with Bayshore, NY emcee D-Rugz. B.Dvine ended up making the majority of his beats for D-Rugz’ past three mix tapes including the hit song “If You Were Mine” Featuring K.B. On February 3, 2008 the song became the first song on Connecticut’s top 40 radio station KISS 95.7’s syndicated radio show “In Tha Cypher” hosted by Prolifik to stay at the number 1 spot four weeks in a row. B. Divine and D-Rugz still continue to work together to this day.

B. Divine has also produced joints featuring heavy hitters in hip hop including: Kool G Rap, Method Man, Hanz On, YDB, Joe Young, Sadat X, Prolifik, Solomon Childs, Shyheim, Blaq Poet, Timbo King, J-Love, Meyhem Lauren, Ruc Da Jackel (MR. QB), the late Killa Sha, and more. After having his work featured on numerous albums and mixtapes hosted by DJs such as DJ Modesty, DJ J-Love, Coast 2 Coast, Doo Wop, DJ Clinton Sparks, Ron G, DJ J-Ronin, DJ Bedtyme 357, etc. B. Dvine started to work on his first official mixtape called “Divine Intervention” Hosted by DJ J-Love, taking some of his hardest tracks he has ever produced and put them together with some exclusives.

2011 started off strong for B. Divine releasing and getting featured on more albums and mixtapes but dealt with alot of tragedy and struggle between the murder of his close friend Benet, and the loss of his father after a 2 year battle with a brain stem stroke and cancer. Fortunately, this is how he met Vital the Unspoken Virtue and was then brought onto his label Forward Thinking ENT, as a producer. Shortly after his fathers passing, he linked up with Tragedy Khadafi and started working with him as a producer and establishing his own emcee career.

In the beginning of 2013 B. Divine linked up with Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s god brother, Brooklyn Zu member, and Wu-Tang affiliate Menace OBEZ. B was brought into his squad, Team O.B.E.Z, where he produced an entire album for Menace entitled “One in The Chamber”, and has many projects with Team O.B.E.Z in the works as well. Shortly after he linked up with fellow Long Island artist, Comet, B.Dvine joined Mad Men with Emcee Relic and released the EP “Street Cinemagraphic”. This is only the beginning of many more great things to come brought to you by B. Dvine. Stay tuned for whatever he’s got next for his fans……
