About the Show and the Artist:

Sage King and Co.

Raised on rock n' roll and born with big dreams, Sage King was born to entertain. From the small town of Enfield CT, Sage grew up and cut his teeth playing nearly ever bar, restaurant, and pub in the area. Since 2017, he has fronted the hard rock group Hivebane, based out of Springfield MA. Known for writing songs about his own struggles in life, he blends inspiration from artists such as Aaron Lewis, Chris Cornell, and Jeff Buckley.
In November of 2019, Sage released his first EP Chasing Virtue. His song “Lay Down Your Guns” won a national Battle of The Bands sponsored by iHeartRadio and Jack Daniels in 2020. His follow up EP “BLOSSOM” was released July 16th, 2021 featuring the single “My Own Damn Heart.” His hardrock outfit Hivebane, is scheduled to release their full length debut album in 2022.

Over the years he has shared the stage with artists such as Aaron Lewis (Staind), Darius Rucker (Hootie & the Blowfish), Hinder, David Allan Coe, Drowning Pool, Firehouse, Trapt, Ed Kowalczyk (Live), John Corabi (formerly of Mötley Crüe), and more.

“It’s taken me over a decade to find out who I am as a songwriter and as an artist. My roots will always be in rock n' roll, but I love finding new styles of music and trying my hand at them. That’s the way I listen to music. It’s always been a big mixing bowl of styles.”

Alex2e (actual name Alex Tuohey) is an alternative singer/songwriter from Western Massachusetts. More importantly, Alex2e is a storyteller. In 2012, while recovering from major surgery and desperate for reprieve, he picked up his sister's beat up guitar and started writing. Words became lyrics, days became months and bathroom video covers turned into gigs. Fast forward to today and his leaps can be measured in dog years.
Called "One of Boston's most sought after artists" by Berklee's Red Room, Alex has made a name for himself both in his home state and beyond. Averaging 130+ dates annually, he has traveled the country while supporting national acts such as Howie Day, Everclear's Art Alexakis, Shawn James, Tyler Hilton and Griffin House among others. His latest releases 'Lonely' and 'Your Day' have continued the touring momentum, helping his catalog collect over 450,000 streams since 2019 - including placements on Spotify's New Alternative and Discover Weekly playlists. "The past few years have been more than I could've hoped for. I really feel like I'm playing with house money," Tuohey says. "For a guy who never thought he'd play to anyone but his mom's bathroom mirror, it's been a dream to play for people. At a bar to a couple people or a packed venue - it's a dream."
